By accessing fantasyclosets.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

Fantasy Closets (Fantasy Closet Designs LLC) provides custom closet design and installation services throughout Northern Virginia. Our services include free in-home consultations, 3D design renderings and professional installation of custom storage systems.

Free Consultation

Our free in-home 3D design consultation carries no obligation to purchase. We will visit your home, take measurements and provide a photorealistic 3D rendering of your proposed custom closet system at no charge.

Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is provided in writing before any work begins
• A deposit is required to schedule your installation
• Final payment is due upon completion of installation
• All prices are in US dollars
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in project scope

Installation Guarantee

Fantasy Closets guarantees installation within 4 weeks of contract signing, subject to material availability and reasonable scheduling constraints.

Warranty

Fantasy Closets warrants our workmanship against defects for one year from the date of installation. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide reasonable access to your home for consultation and installation
• Clear the closet area prior to installation appointment
• Provide accurate information about your space and requirements

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations after 3 business days may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover design and material costs incurred.

Limitation of Liability

Fantasy Closets' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fairfax County, Virginia.
